- Fredonia’s Industrial Park is located less than ½ mile south of US Highway 400.
- The Industrial Park has utilities connections on-site. Water and sewer lines are 8”.
- The Fredonia Industrial Park is broken into 17 lots that are between 3-4 acres each, but the City has no problem in giving a business the right to multiple lots.
- US Highway 400 is accessed by 15th Street on the east side of the Industrial Park.
- A grain elevator formerly used by Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is on the west edge of the Industrial Park.
